Resource Developments NZ Ltd Names New Sales & Marketing Director

Former IT Marketing Consultant Will Oversee Marketing Overhaul & Foray Into E-commerce

Auckland, New Zealand; May 04, 2012 – Resource Developments NZ Ltd, manufacturers of deodorising products and mineral exploration consultants, has named Bronwyn Roberts as its new Director of Sales and Marketing.

Ms Roberts, former Senior Marketing Consultant at Metia, a global digitial marketing agency, will be in charge of managing and increasing awareness and sales of the companies flagship brand Odorex®. Resource Developments, which has focused exclusively on the sales and marketing via it’s distributors in NZ, will expand its efforts nationally and internationally with the launch of a new e-commerce website. Ms Roberts will spearhead this drive.

“The launch of our new website and bolstering our brand identity will further strengthen our credibility in the market place and ability to reach more customers,” noted Peter Roberts, Director of Operations and R&D of Resource Developments. “Bronwyn’s youthful enthusiasm and comprehensive understanding of marketing will greatly benefit our company, our sales, and our partners.”

Before joining Resource Developments Ms Roberts oversaw marketing for Metia Pty Ltd in Australia where she provided consultancy services to Microsoft clients globally. While at Metia, she gained invaluable experience in campaign management, sales engagement and product launches.

Prior to Metia Pty Ltd she worked for their London office for five years.

Ms. Roberts has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in International Business and Marketing from Auckland University of Technology, in which eight months was spent studying at the University of Macau in southern China.

Prior to this appointment she spent a year travelling through North, Central and South America before returning to her roots in New Zealand.
